贵州茅台酒独产于中国贵州省茅台镇，是与苏格兰威士忌、法国科涅克白兰地齐名的世界三大蒸馏名酒之一，是中国大麯酱香型白酒的鼻祖，更是中国的国酒。
Guizhou Moutai is named after its origin place, Moutai Town, Guizhou province. Along with Scotland whisky and Cognac brandy, Moutai is regarded as one of the three most famous distilled liquors in the world. It is the originator of sauce-fragrance in Chinese Baijiu , honored “the spirit of China”.
茅台在中国家喻户晓， 作为茅台比利时经销商Aporol Trading公司于2018年6月在布鲁塞尔开设了茅台专卖店开业，越来越多的本地人开始认识了解茅台。2024年6月我们将在布鲁塞尔开设一家亚洲主题的鸡尾酒吧Silk。由于业务扩展需要，现在我们需要招聘两名实习生：
1、市场助理 Assistant Marketing
工作内容：
1、宣传茅台文化，向比利时本地人推广茅台酱香系列酒，跟随茅台工作人员参与市场推广工作，进行酱香酒销售，铺市，宣传，促销，品鉴
2、 辅助布展，活动策划和后勤工作，有机会参加各式高档的酒会，华人群体和本地机构的各项活动
3、线上线下创意完成系列的媒体宣传工作，包括微信平台，微博，Facebook，Twitter和Ins等
Tasks:
1、Promoting Moutai culture, marketing development on local hotels, bars, organizing tasting event and master class，Prepare promoting materials
2、Social networking including:
Attend local social event (social networking)
Maintain relationship with local social media
3、Online social media networking build up: Wechat, Weibo, Facebook, Twitter, Ins and etc.
Suggest relevant content for promoting in channel partners and events organization.

1、在校生或2024-2025年毕业生
2、有团队合作精神，有责任心，积极参与市场推广活动，沟通能力强，认可茅台文化。
3、专业：汉语文学，市场营销，媒体公关，广告策划等相关专业
4、 熟练的英语能力，会至少一门官方语言，荷兰语或法语，会中文者优先考虑（如其他能力突出，可酌情考虑）
5、 熟练使用电脑办公软件，会图片和视频处理制作软件者优先考虑
Qualifications：
1、University students or 2024-2025 graduates
2、Possesses a strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, actively participates in marketing promotion activities, excellent communication skills, and embraces Maotai culture.
3、Majors: Chinese literature, marketing, media relations, advertising planning, or related fields.
4、Proficient in English with proficiency in at least one official language, Dutch or French; proficiency in Chinese is preferred (consideration may be given to outstanding abilities in other areas).
5、Proficient in using computer office software; familiarity with image and video processing software is preferred.
2、视频编辑实习生 Video Editing Intern
工作内容：
协助编辑团队完成视频剪辑、后期编辑和特效制作等工作。
参与视频项目的制作流程，包括故事板设计、剪辑和音频处理等。
熟练运用视频编辑软件，如Adobe Premiere Pro、Final Cut Pro等。
Tasks:
Assist the editing team in completing tasks related to video editing, post-production, and special effects.
Participate in the production process of video projects, including storyboard design, editing, and audio processing.
Proficiently use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
招募条件：：
1、美术、视觉传达、平面设计，摄影等专业优先；
2、熟练掌握视频合成制作软件和剪辑软件所需Ae，Pr，Ai，Ps等；
3、熟悉视频制作流程、视频编辑和格式转换，剪辑技巧要熟练；
4、 有较强的美术功底、审美能力和色彩把握能力；
5、 能够提出视频的设计脚本和创意文案，并进行初步实现；
Qualifications：
1、Majors in fine arts, visual communication, graphic design, photography, etc., are preferred.
2、Proficient in video composition and editing software such as Ae (After Effects), Pr (Premiere Pro), Ai (Adobe Illustrator), Ps (Adobe Photoshop), etc.
3、Familiar with the video production process, video editing, format conversion, and skilled in editing techniques.
4、Strong foundation in fine arts, aesthetic ability, and color manipulation skills.
5、Capable of proposing video design scripts and creative copywriting, and conducting initial implementation.
日程安排：
实习合同时间：一个月至一年
具体开展实践可根据实习生学校实习合同进行调整
实习活动结束后，实习部门将从工作成效，工作能力，工作态度三方面对实习生进行打分，考核达标后，我们将为其开具社会实践活动证明和推荐信并考虑优先录用。
